This place got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and witnessed time and time again when ever I step foot in here. The lady at the front desk is rude as HELL and I’ve witness her yelling and speaking soo rudely to people for no reason at all. She couldn’t even do something as simple as grab me my box that I *JUST* literally dropped in the drop box because I realized I made an error in my package. After asking her what can I do about it, she told me to go online and intercept my package.. I tried to do that, but it says my package is ineligible for interception. THANK YOU LADY, for absolutely nothing at all.

Update for 2022: looks like they have added more staff. They turned the pre-paid package drop-off area into another counter to help more customers. Lines are still pretty long, but hey, a lot of people live in this area. We probably need a bigger facility at some point.
And if you use the drop-off services like me, it has now moved into the lobby – which is better.
Original review: Nice little neighborhood post office, with a drop-off area for prepaid mail and supplies for Priority Mail shipping – which is what I needed. I was in and out in 2-3 minutes.
There was a sign on the door saying some residential services need to be handled at the larger Royal Oaks post office, so maybe check to see if they can help you before you go.
