Hidden inside this Hallmark Store, you will find an US Postal Services branch with the most helpful, kind and pleasant folks that I have ever met. The USPS collection is usually scheduled for 4:30pm, but the team is amazing about waiting around to make sure that last of the mail gets also on route right on the same day. Could not be happier with my experience at this branch — they make USPS proud!
Edit: I know that some others have shared that they have had a very different experience on their visit, and I completely respect and value them sharing their view. I can see how the USPS service counter right at the back of the sore could get busy, especially when it nears to the closing time, but luckily that was not my experience.
Went there for an international shipment of a small box. The office is indeed at the back of a Hallmark store, a small window, but it has everything one might need. I was serviced timely, politely, considerately and I left the place a slightly happier person, as I assumed the worst after reading the reviews. To have a better informed opinion about a place I would definitely need to come more often, but the first impression was very good, hence the 5 stars.
I like going here because it is close and clerks have always been friendly to me. I mostly just drop off prepaid packages. With only one clerk, it’s best to go to a main office during Christmas season. They now have a post office computer so items can be scanned. This is not a full service post office, so no mailbox service is available at this location.
I like it here. It’s convenient for our family, the staff is nice and yes, it’s small but great for all of our needs. I sometimes forget it’s closed for lunch from 1:30-2:30, then I’ll have to plan another stop before so I can wait for it to re-open. Overall, it suits my needs just fine and the people are nice, so we use it often!
This is my first trip at this location. Once I found the post office inside the Hallmark Store the process and wait time was expected. Unlike the standalone locations this one can only help one person at a time.
I find the ladies there to be quick and no nonsense, packages shipped, stamps sold…run very efficiently
