The hours this branch is open are ridiculous. They are only open until 4:30 Monday through Friday (no weekend hours). So anyone who works during the week cannot pick up any packages if a notice is left in their mailbox unless they leave work early or have someone else pick up their mail. Poor customer oriented business practice.

Google Guide LvL10 Review-Love this location. On the outskirts of City of Orange 🍊 Plaza or The 🍊 Orange Circle or 🍊Square ( 🤣 lots of names…even fore locals). @ cross-streets of Lemon & Chapman Ave Orange Ca (Diagonal from Muffler shop & across from Omega Burger & Snooze).Once the main hub for this part of OC. Fortunately the architecture & layout has mainly stayed the same. Def has a Fatima look currently tho. Has full service USPS including P.O. Boxes. Usually NOT crowded & has ample parking. Certainly easy to find & visit or use USPS services.

TO MANAGER: I was there on Friday 5/7 at around 11:41 am. Was helped by an older women with black hair. I purchased a PO Box online. I filled out the form provided my ID and proof of address. Received my keys. I live in Anaheim. I received a vm from the same lady stating she told me I needed to provide all the IDs of the ppl on my list for there mail to be sent to the PO Box. She NEVER told me that when I was there. The ppl on my list are my kids aged 13, 3 year old and 4 month old. I called to speak to a manager, call does not go through. She didn’t leave me a phone number to call her back. Now I have to drive back to clear this out.
