On May 21st I made a passport appointment for June 20th. On June 7th I got an email saying it was canceled with no explanation. I had to take time off of work to go to the Post office, that is when I found out it was canceled because of the federally observed holiday Juneteenth.Ray was able to move things around and got me set up with an appointment that same day and took care of it. He is a stellar employee. I only gave three stars because I had to go in there due to your failed appointment system.

This place is been very nice. Most people who works there seem very kind. I had a appointment and I applied for passport at this location yesterday. I got helped by Neena. She is very sweet and very helpful. I had a nice experience. She is professional and good at what she does. She took really nice photo of me. Overall I feel better about the post office now.

i went to make my passport with my family here today, and the man at the desk to help with the passport application process was incredibly friendly and thorough with his explanations. he and my family conversated with him as well, and he was a joy to be around! very nice guy. the woman mandating our passport appointment was also stern and organized. you can definitely trust her to get everything right and orderly for your passports! we also made a little friendly small talk with her as well. i went in nervous and came out relieved, make your passport appointments here! i can’t say much about the delivery service here since i don’t use it, but the passport service here is superb. hard-working and friendly passport-related staff, wonderful service.
