This is location is dishonest. The lobby hours stated – 4 AM -9 PM. But it doesn’t work according their hours on the door. They open later and they are closing way more earlier than 9:00 PM. Please, fix it immediately! If the lobby hours are until 9:00 PM, please, do not lock the door in 8:30 pm or even 8:55 PM. The door must be locked exactly and strictly at 9:00 PM.

It is not good open 10 a.m. all the days. Need open here one day – 8 a.m. It is advisable to open post offices in the morning: at 8 am, because in summer the sick people who are not drivers, have to roast at bus stops !, or go in the morning and wait a long time to open … In addition, employees should be more friendly and attentive to customers various economic tariffs, without trying to get as much money from them.

On March 21 I sent a large envelope with special fabric that needed to get to El Dorado in a timely fashion as well as a box to Selma, CA with a gift worth around $100. These were submitted at the counter in the Post Office. They were scheduled to arrive 3/21 and 3/22 respectively. It is April 1 and they are apparently both lost. Since neither has arrived I can only assume that they’ve been lost within the PO itself on Fair Oaks Blvd.
