Excellent customer service. Fast and friendly. Line of no less than 50 people (this was taken after I was able to advance in line around the corner) took less than 10 minutes to gather my packages. Keep up the great work!
This post office is the best in North Pole. Everyone who works there gives 100%excellent customer service. I always felt welcome and the staff is very helpful in helping you choose shipping products. They are very friendly and informative which makes it easy for me pick up packages or send. Keep up the awesomeness.
Friendly customer service. It usually has one worker because this is a hub, not a full force working post office. I think they are great and it is very convenient!
They used to deliver fast, and now for some reason I end up waiting almost 8 hours since my package was out for delivery once I receive it. Very frustrating when you have somewhere to be or are leaving and your package takes forever to get to you. Especially when I’m only 2.5 miles away. I’d rather have the option to come pick it up myself.
