I have been coming to this post office for years. They have the best people that work there. They are all fairly knowledgeable and customer service oriented. They are courteous, helpful and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better post office.

They close at 2pm on Saturdays but its still open to go in. So they were were rude to me when I came in not realizing it since the door was open. Not only that but they called me “sir” just because I have a pixie hair cut as a woman.

Gave it 5 stars because their email system and IT comunications are very good. Great system. I like the interior building design. Looks like a place to go for therapy and socialize. I don’t really care if my delivery is late. I got usps worker hand writting that says out for delivery. Im satisfy whit that. BY THE WAY, IM A MEN IN BLACK MOVIE FAN.

Customer service is horrible, but that’s the least of my concerns. The worst part about this place is the discriminatory attitude they hold against Spanish speaking customers. My mother (Spanish speaker) went in to ask why our mail wasn’t being delivered and the employee completely disregarded her concerns and told her there’s nothing they can do. HOWEVER, when I went in and brought this up to their attention they completely denied discriminating against her. I don’t know if they’ve realized this, but they are serving a predominantly Latinx community. Completely absurd.
