Thank you to Latisha, who went above and beyond by contacting me about a package I had sent to my daughter. It was due to be returned to me here in WA as the apartment office had refused to accept delivery. If not for the extra effort, I would have been out $170 and my child would not have received her gift in a timely manner. Latisha, I appreciate you and your dedication and hope your employer does, as well.
I’m not someone who uses the Post Office regularly, but any time that I’ve had to come in it’s always been a quick trip in and out with both the self service drop off and the desk workers. The prepaid mailers are honestly the best. As far as delivery goes, I actually tend to get mail delivered days earlier than expected. I’ve also come to expect mail within the same timeframe each day, with a few exceptions given holidays and popular online sale events.
Always welcomed, always helped properly and staff super friendly. Hardly any priority mail boxes but other than that, always great taken care of! Thank you for all that you do and getting out care packages to our troops!
I’ve been dealing with a missing package case for the past 2 weeks. I’ve been in contact with the Carrier Supervisor, Diana McLaughlin, another Diana and also a gentleman named Chris and they ALL have been so AMAZING. Even though my package still hasn’t turned up. The staff at this office have been so helpful and kind to me. They truly care about resolving any issues you may have. Professional, respectful, top of the notch customer service at this location!
