Rudy Garcia gave horrific customer service. We have been waiting for our mail key for a month. When we asked about it and said it had been a month he mimed crying and whimpering. There is no recourse obviously because Rudy feels he can do what ever he wants including this childish, simp behavior. If you experience the same, ask for supervisor Maria Romero 222-2138. Again, not that anyone will face any accountability but we can try.

I paid for a P.O. Box but I never received my ittems especially from UPS or fedex.I’m not sure if it’s from the lack of intelligence? Or if I’m being discriminated against? But hay it’s government ownd????

I wish I could give this place no stars. I only gave them a star to write this review. This whole place needs to be investigated. From missing mail, theft, refusing to help customers, to rude staff, and a very careless Manager. Why do these people still have a job there?.

Worst post office ever hands down in Fresno. This is why usps is nothing compared to ups and FedEx. These mail carriers can’t get anything done right. How do u give a package to the wrong address and have them sign for it. I don’t get it.

I have been wait for my item to be deliver said 5:45pm and right before that time I check again it said the item has been held at the post office due to customer required. That such a big big lie….. I did not required to held my item at the post office. I have been waiting at home all day for my item to be deliver and the mailman did not even show up to deliver. Why those lazy mailman is made up a big lie.
