I never have an issue unless it comes to delivering packages, i recently ordered a suitcase that is super light, and it said “delivery attempted” when i heard and saw no mail truck come through the neighborhood and i needed that suitcase for travel coming REALLY soon. Doesn’t seem like I’ll have the time to go pick it up before the trip. I always have to drive 15 minutes to the post office to pick up packages, but when the carrier is fed ex or ups it always gets delivered. The only time i would be able to pick it up would be on the weekend but of course they’re closed on weekends. If it doesn’t fit in the mailbox then it won’t get delivered.

One of the worst postal service offices I’ve ever encountered. The staff there are very rude and lacks empathy.
If you hate dealing with the public why get a job dealing with the public? Makes no sense. This location is the perfect example of “Just Working For The Money”. I’ve contacted consumer affairs hoping for a resolution.
