I don’t know why anyone uses them for anything but necessity. Ebay should not partner with them. They can’t print labels. Their pricing is ridiculous. My register lady was very rude and unhelpful.
Update: My shipment arrived to the buyer with a box “that looked like it was kicked, dropped or thrown a few times.” I had to file a claim and I had bought insurance on it. The buyer provided excellent photos of the damage, proof of my safeguard wrapping and labeling. Now I get a letter dated 4/18, received on 4/30 and telling me the SELLER has to now bring the box, wrapping and broken collectibles to post office or my claim will be denied (the evidence is with the BUYER). THIS IS A FRAUD. I have a feeling I will be out 400.00 and take in mind that in order to file the claim I had to swear I had already reimbursed the buyer. This is such a scam. I wish the lawyers would make themselves useful and go after the criminal organization this has now become.
