Born and raised in Hartselle but have now lived in several other areas, including one area that had ONE postal worker. This is by far the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. Packages are always late or don’t arrive at all and just disappear (tracking stops). I had some items specially made for family for Christmas but tracking stopped updating the second it arrived at the Hartselle post office. The seller only uses USPS. I have had friends that have worked here and talk about how terrible this post office is. A complete disaster area and unorganized.
AdvertisementsI drive out of the way to come back to the Hartselle P.O. We currently live in Madison but the customer service at the Hartselle location is the BEST. Everyone there is so nice. Janna is not only beautiful on the outside, but so kind and beautiful on the inside too! Love the Hartselle Post Office!
I don’t even live in the state of Alabama but i did order a package from someone there worth $142 dollars, and the whole entire month i have been trying to figure out where my package is i have called 58 times and have spoken to them twice. This is beyond ridiculous no one can tell me where it is, they say that its trickling its way down to the distribution facility but no update. Beyond over this, Talking to corporate is no help either, do not use this post office.
I left work early to get there before closing time. It was 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and a guy is locking the door. Face to face through the glass door I said it’s not closing time and he shook his head no and turned around.
