The worst customer service of any post office I’ve ever been to. Better off going down the street.

The lady that was at the desk helping was very rude, short, and unhelpful. I walked in the location to have a shipping lable printed. I stopped at the state st location first but they were having issues with their internet. The lady at this location told me she wasnt able to print a label for me, cut me off amd said i need to right my name and address etc on the box. Also stated she wasnt able to put their lables on the box because it could fall off. After i let her finish talking i told her i had a QR code and was referred here by the other location. She quickly prints the lable she claims she could t print and also sticks it on the box for me (about the only helpful thing she did). I asked if she could seal the box/tape it and she persisted that USPS doesnt do that either…with a roll of packing tape beside her. She is pathetic.

Lady is front desk is very rude lazy and unhelpful. I’ve been to this location a few times and there has been a few incidents of her rudeness. That’s the reason I’m writing this review. The State st mail is very nice friendly and helpful.

what a joke of a facility and a insult to postal carriers i don’t understand how they are in business everyone should be let go here and be restaffed with people who know what there doing and are fake working just for a pay check. joke of a facility doesn’t ever answer the phone the driver don’t even properly drop off mail or the proper mail to the boxes i will be make a proper complaint to the bbb and see who i can get to investigate this place.

I like this little Post Office. It’s like the one in my small hometown. They are convenient and parking is easy. They charge the same rates as all USPS branches – no mark up like the MailBox stores that are privately owned. Mostly it’s the same man at the counter, who seems to know the regulars. He’s quick and does a good job, been there a long time and knows his business.There’s only one caveat. Since there is only a staff of one, the place closes for his lunch, but the website does not mention the time. So you have to go there to find it’s closed. Fix that and get the fifth star!.
