Honestly, I’m lazy when it comes to writing reviews, but today I’m extremely motivated to write one. My family and I attended to our appointment for first time passport at this Prescott location (442 Miller Valley Rd.), and we received the best customer service from Judy (clerk: 03 on my receipt). She was a very knowledgeable employee, sociable, patient and easy to talk to. She was courteous throughout the multiple transactions. We are extremely happy for the great customer service received today. Thank you Judy, you made our day!.

Carriers and staff at Prescott station are the best in AZ. Sure problems occur, but they are focused on doing everything possible for the customer. Special shout out for Mr. Martinez. Good job sir!.
silly stuff
USPS is the worst. Never trust them to deliver your package on time. Even 3-day Priority Mail they will deliver late or never. The Post Office and their lazy, union staff should be replaced by UPS or Fedex. USPS has the worst customer service. USPS is a complete waste of tax payer money.
