I got a good parking spot took my packages inside and dropped them in the big round shoot. Out the door and on my way in less then 3 minutes.
blessed always
These guys are awesome! There’s a woman in the back handling packages though that never wants to give you ALL your packages.🤔 I don’t know what her problem is but I will be filing a complaint with HR. They have a great staff otherwise. There’s always that one creep at every job🙄 you have to deal with.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I had an important package go missing due to sloppy hand writing and after filling out the form on USPS’s website I heard back from this office in about 12 hours. I cannot thank the workers at this office enough for being so diligent. I don’t know that it matters, but in case someone higher up actually reads these reviews, Janet was wonderful through email and the person I spoke to around 9am on 10/11 went above and beyond and should be commended.

We bring packages to this post office nearly everyday due to our business. The clerks are extremely friendly, fast and helpful to everyone. As we wait in line, we observe their customer service and we feel that they are they are the best you will find in the USPS offices! The manager also helps out when it gets really busy and we think that is a real plus too!Thank you from Cathy & Michael Perry

Worst post office by far I have ever dealt with. Ever since moving in this area I have had nothing but problems with their mail carriers misdelivering packages. Recently opened a claim and had a guy named Sammy call me. I told him everything that was scheduled to come from my informed delivery that day came, besides the package. All he said was “Looks like it was scanned at the right house, that’s all I can do. Thank you”. It’s obviously not all you can do, but thanks for the great customer service. Going to only use ups from now on. I can see why people want to defund the post office if this is how they treat people.
