I’ve always had good experiences with this post office. Always the same gentleman working with a great attitude. It can get congested but it’s a post office. That’s gonna happen. I do a lot of shipping from online sales and my mail always gets where it’s supposed to so they do a pretty good job if you ask me.

Our regular postman will ALWAYS deliver our mail in our mailbox on our porch. The sub will NEVER give us our mail as for 30 years it has gone in the apartment building next door boxes. I understand it’s been like that but times change! We live in a duplex with our own mailboxes. Now, today, he tells my husband we we never get our mail on Wednesday as we were just wanting our mail. I think changes are needed badly as customer service should be equal for all. This has been going on for 18 months now. Please help!

I’ve been doing business with this post office for 30 years and they have done a great job for the better part of those years. Whenever I’ve had a package that was supposed to be delivered I received it. Mail comes consistently to the correct address.
What they need to improve on is knocking on the front door a little louder if a package is being delivered to the front door. Mail shouldn’t be jammed into mail boxes if it doesn’t fit. Those are a few areas that they can improve on but overall my experience has been positive.

The post office is a post office. I waited an acceptable amount of time and the staff was very pleasant with me. I was in and out within about 5 minutes. Nothing special, all my needs were met, and I had no problems. I gave an acceptable rating for an acceptable experience.
I did not base my rating on my neighborhood postal carrier and experiences with them. I believe that they rotate carriers or have gone through some new ones, so I did not see my experience with my carrier as correlating to my experience with the actual post office.
