This office constantly has issues with delivery. Especially on weekends. Packages will show in mail box, and are not there. This defeats the purpose of paying extra, if they don’t deliver the Packages.

The obese man at the front desk was very rude and wouldn’t let me talk. He wouldn’t help me with anything and told me I needed to go online and do it. I asked to talk to a manager and she solved my problem very easily. I feel like if he would have listened to the customer instead of getting a attitude then I would have gave a better rating. He needs to go through customer service training again.

Can’t ever get my mail picked up at home, even when we receive mail that day. My mail gets sent to other people in the neighborhood. I receive other people’s mail. Have put claims on this on 3 or 4 occasions. Never had this problem until about 2 years ago and nothing has been fixed! Absolute horrible customer service. Never seem to answer the phone during open hours. Nothing.
