I don’t get what the bad reviews are about. I have been using the post office for years and have nothing but good things to say about it. Excellent customer service.

Gave my packages to the wrong person. Disgraceful. Neglectful. Never get any packages to the door. Don’t know why i bother getting shipping if i have to come pick it up every time.

The gentleman who delivers the mail to my apartment is a gem and I’ve NEVER had an issues getting my letters. Every time I’ve called and spoken to someone at the post office they’ve been polite and helpful. But none of that really matters when they seem completely incapable of delivering a package. I’ve NOT bought things online because they only offer USPS as a delivery option, and I KNOW it will be a prolonged issue to get my things. I think whoever it is that delivers packages just doesn’t like messing with apartments and just automatically marks the delivery as “inaccessible”.

I love the service of this post office when I have to go inside which has been all the time since I moved to a new apartment. The apartment complex I reside in has directed that no packages be delivered to the office and redirected back to the post office for residents to pick them up themselves. I was told by management that they may be accepting packages for residents again in the near future.
