I was pretty afraid of going in to this location because it has such bad reviews but my experience was completely different. I scheduled my passport appointment online and went in 15 min before and I waited about 30 min because there was a family of 4 in front of me. The lady was very nice and knew what she was doing had all my paperwork ready for her which made the process even faster. I think most people who complain are people who don’t understand that they are struggling with staff shortages due to pand emic like any other business.

I have had a love hate relationship with this place. I have learned that in order to get what you want, just be kind and nice. It is true that some of these employees have attitudes. But there are some that are wonderful and very helpful. To get what you need just be kind and persistent, because some of these employees will not go above and beyond for you- they’ll do the bare minimum. I can’t even image what it’s like to work with the general public, so that may be so of the attitude. But when all else fails, as to speak with the Post Master if your needs are being met.

Employees could be a little friendlier. Sometimes they would benefit from having another person working the counter. Also it would be more convenient if there were a ATM on site.

Very very disrespectful and rude staff. I had a passport appointment for my 6month old baby and they simply refused to provide us service. The employee Carla dismissed us and refused to let us to talk to a responsible person.
