The USPS has obviously been overwhelmed, overworked and underpaid! Customer service anywhere sucks not just here! The postal workers at this location have always been nice and helpful even when the line is outside the door! The shortage of staff didn’t start here so give them a break. I’m glad they continue to show up despite the treatment and rudeness of the many customers who need them to finalize their tractions! When you come be prepared to wait, have your stuff ready when you are next in line and go about your day with a smile!

I went here three times to investigate my no-delivery package and left my contact information three times.Each time they promised me a call back, but never happened!!! When I ask to see their manager, they said their manager is on vacation until next week. They do not care their customers at all!

If you have 4 hours to stand around then head on over.employees just walking around while the line is outrageously long.. but who cares you are on their time.Management needs to step up to their pay lol
