another thrown package over the fence, ive never been rude always respectful even gave cash as Christmas bonus, only thing I can think is because my American flag is flying, this apparently irritates the one who throws packages, ill be coming down to office.And I’ve never had a problem with the regular mail carrier, so I don’t know why the temp one’s just don’t care about people’s mail or packages.

Yes, they need to update their hours of service They are not 24 hours. They lock the doors to keep the homeless people from sleeping in there. While the people that pay for the service of a PO Box have to deal with the total inconvenience of this.

Marked my package as delivered when it wasn’t, went down to the post office after calling and talking to customer service and filing a complaint, they tried telling me it was delivered again but again it WAS NOT I’m not the only one having problems with their mail where I live, the office people are very unprofessional, said they would call to see if the mail carrier would come see if he put it in the wrong one then told me they would not call them infront of me while being rude about, honestly just really fed up with the post office and mail carriers.
