I made an appointment for my passport. I don’t know why the rating is so low. But the lady is friendly to me and notice I left some thing blank on the application because I didn’t understand the questions and she explained more that made me understand the questions.. I didn’t get my passport yet, but the transaction went smoothly.

The place needs some good maintenance, but other than that they are there for all your mail needs. They offer passport services, so that gives them the edge over other mail facilities. I think fedex also offers it. You just have to make sure to book an appointment in advance because they always fill up just like any other location. The staff is pretty quick to attend you and they have always been friendly here.
