They u are the worse voice mail service. I had to huang up and call back in, in order for me to get to car. It’s no wonder that people are going to a different service for package delivery. I’ll have to wait on the phone for over an hour in order to get one on the line to get more information about a package.

Horrible customer service! The lady was rude as hell! I wish there was a different post office I can go through who actually cared about their customer service and customers.
