We feel fortunate to have this nearby. It’s never busy. Check the hours before you go because it’s open fewer hours than regular post offices. Also cash or check only I believe so be prepared. The postal worker is always nice to me.

I join the bad reviews about this office. The lady working there is the most rude and incompetent post office worker I ever encountered. I asked for a simple receipt of my shipping and she said “we don’t do receipts in this office” I was like… what??? Is that bad that I prefer to drive all the way to Kendwood, instead of the 0.5 miles to this office, so I don’t have to encounter such a bad service. USPS please provide our neighborhood with a good a reliable service and hire competent people so we can actually use our local office.

Holiday season, mall super busy, post office was an easy convenient service. Not a lot of staff, but was taken care of quickly and efficiently.

I don’t know who the other reviewers talked to but the woman who helped me there was great. She went out of her way to make things work for me. And was really pleasant. it’s like an old fashioned post office – maybe people expect too much. (2019 addition: the postal clerk staff has changed. This review was for the one several years ago. Now, it is okay and I still use it, but the clerk is not as helpful or friendly. But hey, I wouldn’t want her job!).

Parking is fine, location is easy to get to. Staff were ok. I don’t expect much from the Post Office and this one did its job. If you need to purchase something, it’s cash/check only, so keep that in mind.
