Customer service is so rare these days.. I mailed an Easter package to my daughter in the Navy that cost $18 and I asked the lady to reinforce it with an extra piece of tape.. she said “we sell tape so if you want a piece you have to buy the roll”.. unbelievable! I have a roll of tape at home, I wanted ONE piece of tape. Note to self, bring all shipping supplies with me next time.

Worst USPS ever. My brother literally had his tracking number, but because we his ID wasn’t updated with our new address he wasn’t allowed to retrieve the package.We have the mailbox key, credit card information, tracking number etc.It’s a flawed rule since he could of had the package if they simply did not fail to mail it to his mailbox.
Incompetent front counter employee at its finest.Do not get your mail from USPS.

Worst post office ever . I have been tracking a package that has been sitting in the post office since the 5th of April and as of the 12th it is still there. I keep getting “delivery is on the way.” The delivery date has changed so many times. There is no way to talk to anyone unless I have a tracking number. It was originally sent out UPS but was sent to the post office.

I’ve been to this location three times so far and I have experienced the best post office experience ever. They are always fast, professional, and very nice. The place is clean and they do the best they can to make you feel welcome and taken care of.
