post office troy al reviews
I’m highly upset I’m missing packages and mail. I work hard for my money and don’t expect my things to be missing. And I know it’s the mail service because in the picture below those are pictures of mailboxes open with someone’s personal mail in there…multiple boxes openn
Today I found some of my mail in the mailbox and the rest in the street by the mailbox. I believe the carrier dropped some of the mail as it was being put into my mailbox and didn’t bother to get out of the mail truck to put it in the box with the rest of it. The mail that was left in the street could have been lost or stolen; not the first time I’ve had issues….I filed a complaint via the USPS website.
Don’t really understand the point of business hours when the business isn’t open during the listed hours. Left work early to get a package out and arrived 30 minutes before closing time and the office was already closed.
Poorly managed post office station. Twice already this year (as of 7/20) my mail carrier has informed me that the Troy, AL post office is out of first class (letter) stamps! How does this happen except for poor management? In addition, the few times I’ve been in the facility, the customer service is marginal at best.
