I run a small business and this office lost a huge amount of the packages I brought in. Once they lost an entire day’s shipment (11 packages at the same time) which cost me $500 in refunds and replacements and caused me and my customers a lot of issues. I brought this to their attention and at first they said it wasn’t possible, then when I showed the tracking numbers and they saw it in their system they basically said ‘oh well, whatcha gonna do?’ Avoid this location at all costs if you ever want your packages
