Cindy was wonderful with helping us send some gifts to a friend. We we confused on how it all worked and she didn’t hesitate to help us and answer all of our questions. She was extremely helpful and very kind. She made the visit easy and fast. Wonderful customer service and experience!

They’re under-appreciated for their hard work. Every time I’ve dealt with the post office they’ve been helpful and gone a bit above. They’ve re-delivered packages I’ve missed and been great when I’ve been in the post office picking up packages or mailing off packages, asking many probably dumb questions. Customer service is never easy. They do a good job.

No idea what’s up with all the negative reviews. The staff are consistently helpful, patient, friendly, and efficient. I’ve never had a lengthy wait at this post office. The staff have caught multiple mistakes I’ve made and corrected them before I sent out a package with the wrong label and so on. As USPS locations go, this is one of the best ones I’ve experienced.

Have a very time sensitive package running late (per usual) that arrived at the post office this morning. Obviously, it will not deliver to my house until tomorrow, which is a day too late. The post office will not allow me to pick up my package even though it’s sitting at the post office and I am standing at the counter. This place amazes me every time on how poorly they operate.
