It took 2 weeks for me to get a check from Petaluma! When I received it, it looked like it had been dropped in the gutter. It obviously got wet and was covered with what appeared to be rust stains????

Post master and another associate disrespected my story and abruptly hung up. I left my wallet in the post office for 15 min… completely in a rush and days later received my ID alone in the mail coming from this office. :/ I called the office to see if we can see some footage, or maybe speak to the associate who mailed it in. I received a very disrespectful response to my wishes and I said I would like to call the cops because I am a bit suspicious… they said “whatever” and hung up.

Keith was giving me a hard time by not letting me use the tape as they always did when I shipped packages out. He told me it’s their policy to not let anyone use it and to buy my own. When in fact 2 other customers in front of me ( white ) he had no problem letting them use it with no charge or making them buy their own. When I asked why I wasn’t allowed to use it and why he let them use it with no charge his response was ” just because ” I always come here to ship, and everyone else always, always let’s me use the tape they have.

I wanted a simple question answered by anyone that works at the post office….but even though the website says open Monday thru Saturday regular business hours….no one answers the phone at 9:40am on a Thursday….instead the recording says they’re closed and refers you back to the 800 number that got me nowhere.
