Had a really important package shipped to my house, got a notification that the package was delivered in a mail locker at my apartment complex. Went and checked both the locker and my box, no key or note. Both lockers were unlocked and empty upon arrival. Found out that the locker key and note were put into our neighbors box. Our package even clearly stated our apartment number. Can’t rely on USPS.

This is the best post office.Every time I call I get a very helpful person.The lines and waits are the shortest I have ever witnessed in the country.As with all of the package delivery methods (UPS, FedEx, USPS) problems do arise, but never so much that it should tarnish the whole of the good service given.

The US Post Office located in Safford offers all mail services such as stamps, money orders and free USPS Priority Boxes. There is an enclosed lobby where customers can have mailing services provided by postal clerks. The Safford Post Office also offers Post Office Boxes in main lobby of building.
There is also a drive through you can use to mail flat envelopes and regular mail on the West side of the building, located on 6th Ave. Prompt and courteous service. There is a FedEx drop off available outside the front of the building.
