I had my packages delivered to the wrong address 3 times. The person who received MY package opened it everytime before returning it. After going in and talking to them they did fix it. We are now having issues with our mailbox keys and after calling every number I can find for them no one ever answer. So now I have to leave work early so I can go to the actual office and try to get help. The people at the office are very nice and helpful but you have to go to them if you need anything.

there has been endless issues with my package getting sent to the wrong location, i calledthe moment they opened to hold my package, they then lost it for hours. when they called me because they found it, it was being sent to the wrong address after i asked them to hold it and they said that they did. after everything they disrespected the person i sent to go get it because i didnt have the time in the afternoon. horrible service, rude associates, and if i had the option to change the staff, i would rather get rid of the post office.

I called about a missing package and Nadine was amazing. The mail and package was delivered to the wrong street and she hunted it down for me right before closing and delivered it to me. She went above and beyond and was very professional!.
