And they’ve done it again they marked my package “insuficiente address” simply because they don’t want to make the trip to deliver. Inconsiderate.This is the 1000th time they’ve done this and keep having to schedule pick ups instead.

They lost a package that I had to spend $40 in shipping for. Nothing valuable in the package, but has meaningful value that I will never get back… Worst experience ever.
