So I was just turned away at 5:01pm when all I had to do was mail a book. I rushed so badly to get there, and there was so much traffic in the area due to a youth sports game or something of that sort. I was so stressed and had to get the book out today but I was held up in class longer than expected. The lady simply didn’t care and just said “sorry” and told me to drive all the way to the Battles one in Santa Maria. Come on this is a small tight knit community and that’s how customers are treated for being one minute late? She was literally standing there holding the door shut. So beyond rude. I will never return to this location. I’ll be taking my eBay business to the Orcutt UPS from now on. The woman there actually cares about her customers.
