Made a report on centralized mail box had been compromised, at an address both by phone and in person, personal looked confused and dazed, even after we filled out paperwork and communicated the issue, been almost 6 weeks since start of report and still not repaired. Was informed that we would be charged etc. Said fine please repair and still not done.Going to contact our attorney to see what legal ramifications can be charged. Finished with being patient.

Waited all day for a package and received a notification at 445 that it was being held per my request. That’s a lie and of course they don’t answer the phone.
