Amanda; the USPS supervisor that helps me regularly at this post office is AWESOME! She’s helped with sending an international package in THE MOST cost-effective way and again today as I waited in a short line, pulled me out of the wait and showed me a quicker way to send a domestic package at the self serve machine (which I’d never thought of using until then). Easy peazy! All the people at this USPS are great! Helpful, efficient and friendly always!.

Package was delivered to my parcel locker but I never got a key to said parcel locker. It’s now been 11 days and still can’t get them to give me the key despite talking to them 5+ times now. Whenever the package is delivered they’re fine but you better hope they don’t mess up because you’ll never find that package even if it was right in front of their face.

Susan was awesome! I had a package that was lost and she went out of her way to accommodate. Great people!

This USPS has been amazing to me. Don’t know why the negative remarks. I am extremely hard to please always in a hurry and always have a circumstance. The staff not only is friendly, but they have gone out of their way to help me. Word of advise…. guess what? There are more people in line than just you. In a hurry..the post office is last place you should go. Also, drop your attitude off at the door, they are not to blame because you didn’t get what you wanted in the mail or the reason why you are there & unless you are the Queen of England or the President no one is rolling out the red carpet for you. These people are humans and they are assisting you not working for you. No, I am not an employee. I am another human speaking out on behalf of these humans~ good day.

We constantly have packages go missing. I have urged all vendors I do business with to use a private carrier, but packages from abroad must use the USPS. I have filed complaints about our mail carrier who I believe is stealing packages, to no avail. The Postmaster could care less about what is happening in our area regarding misdelivered and stolen packages by USPS employees.
