Passport appt was terribly long. Only 1 person doing passports and fingerprints. Waited 45min. Lady was really nice , plus she apologized for the long wait. She was very thorough processing my application.

I had 12 packages to ship fairly last minute for the holidays & it was the most seamless & stress-free experience ever! The staff here was so kind, extremely helpful, very patient with me & I left feeling so surprised at how easy it all was & they had the loveliest holiday spirit! 5/5 for sure!.

I have been coming to this post office for years and have found the staff to be informed, courteous and very helpful. Even when the line is long, it usually moves pretty quickly. The folks working here really are nice which I appreciate.

Apparently pets are allowed I. Post offices. I had to have my husband wait outside until thia women left because she had her pet just doing whatever it wanted to inside. She even lifted it up onto the counter. When i asked an employee he said he didnt see it, yet somehow everyone else in there did. The woman even stated how she always brings her dog in and never gets questioned.
Looks like I get to contact the fda because my husband ended up having an asthma attack because of the dog not being controlled and being allowed to just run around. The mail i picked up also had an issue. I received something from a day ago and another letter that somehow didnt arrive until today even though it shows its been delivered since last month. Im very upset with this post office and will be getting in contact with someone about how its run and the way the employees “do there jobs”
