They drop packages off at wrong locations. I recently had a package valuing $70 that was delivered to my doorstep supposedly. The package has never showed up and the post offices best solution was an apology…. The normal mailman checked with neighbors and at the office because he was off that day. The issue has not been resolved and I’m not happy with just an apology. Poor service.

They deliver my package to the house across the street well I said what are y’all going to do about it they said nothing good luck yeah this seems like an awesome nice place and the people are rude if you go up there and talk to any of them.

I live out on a county road, my mail and bills make it every time, but even a package that could fit in a mailbox never makes it, ever, ups and FedEx have no problem finding me but this place has disappointed me no less than a dozen times with lost packages, I will literally pay double for a nother carrier if I am allowed the option but sometimes I’m not, so here we are new manager every time but the same old problem.

I live in an apartment complex where I constantly watch the United States Postal Service drop off packages of all sizes and weights to all my neighbors except for me and yes we have a parcel box but for things that don’t fit into the parcel box all my neighbors get their packages dropped off except for me I’m the only one that actually has to go take my little slip and go to the post office to pick up my packages.
