Every lady I’ve dealt with has been rude and extremely unhelpful. I’ve had to go in 3 times so far to mail a simple return and they won’t accept the package or help me get it mailed if there’s any wrinkle in the label. They simply just send you away and won’t try to help even when help is asked for. I will start driving out of my way to avoid this terrible customer service post office so I don’t have to deal with them anymore.

Waterfalling
The youngest woman with dark brown hair is usually very rude. Tosses boxes at you & NEVER offers a cart or pick up in back for numerous heavy boxes. We pay for a service that pays her salary, you’d think that’s the least she could do. Lazy.. also, when she works mail piles up over the weekend & then a big influx on mon.. never mind asking about the boxes sitting in the back. on the other hand the very NICE blonde woman, that has been there much longer, always offers help, has a smile, & a friendly word. Unfortunately the nice 1 hasn’t been there lately.
Rate Review
In my opinion this was a good post office, until the new lady, Mrs. S took over. Services we had for years she no longer would do or doesn’t know how, regardless of her “years of experience” she informed us about. The other workers are quite friendly, but she is very difficult to interact with. Unfortunately some of the good workers have left.
