I like this location the ladies keep the line moving quick but be sure to get there with plenty of time to do what you need before they close. I got to the post office at 5:24 and started filling out envelopes and certified mail receipts for three different addresses. At 5:29 they told me they were about to close and I needed to check out or come back a different day. after I just finished two sets only one set remaining I knew it would only take a few more minutes but they wouldn’t let me finish and told me to go to the Bentonville USPS. I’ll have to come back again to this location tomorrow to mail everything off via certified mail. Very inconvenient, they should see customers that walk in before they close even if it takes a few more minutes of their time.

They’re under-appreciated for their hard work. Every time I’ve dealt with the post office they’ve been helpful and gone a bit above. They’ve re-delivered packages I’ve missed and been great when I’ve been in the post office picking up packages or mailing off packages, asking many probably dumb questions. Customer service is never easy. They do a good job.

Our specific postal route/carrier needs a lot of improvement before I can give a better review. Several various issues have caused poor service in the past year. I realize their job is very difficult & includes long, hard days, but that is no excuse for only giving 10% to your job. If you count on the mail service for your job, think twice before moving to Rogers, AR.
