genuinely every time i come here there is an issue. whether it’s 3 people working but only 1 person working counter (with huge lines building) or bringing the tape they made me buy last time for them to interrogate me about charging me for said tape today (meanwhile i bought this last time i came in). the only thing i can count on is being treated poorly.

Easily the best postal experience I’ve ever had. Gave was so helpful, offering advice and answering my questions. I was mailing several important applications and he made sure I had all my receipts and tracking information to ease my mind. 10/10.

USPS employee told me to just leave package on the counter since it’s already ready to ship. I trusted that I didn’t need to get a receipt and that my item will be sent out without issue like always. It’s now been over 72 hours since I dropped it off and there hasn’t been a second scan. I’m paying for 3 day delivery so they can hold it in their office for 3 days and possibly never actually mail it out? Ridiculous and disgusting. I will never trust this USPS location again after that experience. I feel robbed and there is nothing I can do about it but email support and wait for another 3 days just for them to tell me they can’t find the package. This is my first and last time at this location. Understaffed and staff act like they have somewhere better to be than to be working and doing their job correctly.
