This used to be a great location. They lock the doors at night so you can no longer check your PO BOX, drop off package or use the self serve kiosk. There’s literally no way to drop off a box ANYWHERE after closing. They need to open the lobby for those who need to use the services after hours.

Employees are rude and should be retrained. I have been here many times and I’ve overheard how they talk customers, as if they are scolding a child. They rather not go out of their way to help customers. Each time I’ve been here I feel like I’m at the Dmv they are just as slow and show no customer service skills.

My go to post office. if I’m not near the downtown Lancaster library. Always clean and friendly staff. Line does get pretty long some days. Especially around holidays. This location has drive up Mail drop off boxes outside. Inside a self serve machine. P.o. boxes and a small supply store.
