Called to inquire about a package that was 4 days late and labeled as “undeliverable due to business/delivery location being closed” which made no sense to me. I even waited until the next business day in hopes the package would arrive, but it didn’t.A male answered the phone, and when I asked about getting more info on a package of mine, he told me to “hang on” and then hung up on me.I called back THREE more times, and the line just rang FOREVER until it couldn’t anymore.Waited 5 mins, called again. This time, a female answered with “What, ma’am?” In the rudest tone.Before I could even finish my sentence, she cuts me off, tells me the package will be delivered today, and hangs up.I’d rather this location hire the homeless people in the area.. No idea how you can be this rude to customers and still have a job.

After a package mixup, the guy I talked to on the phone (whose name I unfortunately did not catch) came to my building himself at 7 at night, sorted out the snafu, and brought my package right to my door. All this just days before Christmas!
