Nothing wrong with it except they say they won’t give a receipt for packages if they are busy “more than 2 people” it’s just frustrating because I own a small business and I need to provide proof to customers sometimes because their packages don’t scan and I don’t have proof.

I don’t understand why they have a bogus policy when dropping off packages, they will not print you a receipt on the 1st of the month. Makes no sense.

Really bad because they don’t accept boxes from their own website it so frustrating and upsetting.

The manager is always helpful. THE INVESTIGATOR IS AS RUDE AS YOU COULD POSSIBLY BE!! He wants to pin the problems everywhere else and talks rudely to others, I had a problem and when we were finished he rudely told me someone was lying(in my household) and walked away without ever fully resolving the situation. (At least I got my packages). I highly suggest dealing with the Northpark station over this one! They get 5 stars compared to this place. I think I will switch to UPS or FedEx from now on.
