I’m changing this review to a more positive one after the workers at the post office were very kind and helpful on my last visit. I have yet to receive my package but have confirmation it will be delivered today. I did not get their names but the two women working at the office today were awesome!
I’d give a zero. This usps location always change the tracking status to delivered before the item actually gets delivered.
I had a package that didn’t require a signature, and the tracking says “delivered”, but isn’t delivered until two days after.
Purchasing the signature service does not help either, I had another package that requires my signature, and the tracking status says “signed by me(my name)”, but I didn’t see the package at all.!!!!!I was going to receive a package from Korea, but the package had the wrong address.
So yesterday I went to Auburn (AL) USPS and explained the situation to Eunjoo (or Eunju), she listened to me, recorded my name and wrong address, correct address and contact information,
and if I got an update that the package had arrived at the USPS, she told me to visit USPS opening time.
I was waiting in the parking lot just in time for USPS opening time, and she called me and allowed me to choose whether to come to pick up the package at USPS or have it delivered to the correct address.
As a result, I was able to find the package at the USPS, and I would like to express my deep gratitude to her through these compliments.
