A few years ago I too had a couple of bad experiences with an employee who was most unpleasant, perhaps the same one referred to in some of the unfavorable reviews here. However, just recently, I had superb service with Raysa and Jesse, and this on a string of occasions during the same period. I had some boxes to send overseas and they were both very helpful in determining the best way to send them, as well as assisting me with repacking some things for better shipping. What a nice surprise this was. If you had a bad vibe here in the past, why not try again? I think you will find there has been a positive change.

I am very surprised to read some bad reviews about this post office. We looked up all the info online and gave them a call. We were told to call the morning of the day we wanted to go in to get our passports. We called and got an 11:00 am appointment. The only problem we had, was that we didn’t bring our checkbook (check or cash only for passports) so one of us ran to the bank and got cash out. We had all paper work filled out, we had our photos taken, paid and were on our way. Rachel (the young gal who helped us) was as nice and helpful as one could be. We were out of there in about 25 minutes.
