Always crisp and professional despite the volume that goes through there.
I have a P.O.Box here and I love the hours! From 6am to 9pm Mon-sat! I work so this works around my schedule! The clerks are very nice and helpful! I collect stamps too and they are always showing me the new ones that have come in! I witnessed a customer being extremely rude to the clerk and she kept her composure and fixed his problem in only minutes! He did apologize for his outburst and she was very glad she solved the dilemma!
I have been using this USPS location to drop off my prepaid ebay items, and delivery of my items has been lightening fast! I dropped off a 4pound package yesterday, prepaid priority mail, and it arrived at its location today!!! Outstanding service during the holiday mailing season! Also, our postal home service is outstanding!!!
I called to update address change after attempting to do so on line, which wouldn’t allow it, then called 800 number to update, after 20 min on hold with no indication if or when they would pick up, called the local Bullhead Post Office, phone was answered immediately, helpful and handled in 3 minutes.
