ROCKOS Review
This office is the worst. Our business is in this office area and we have a pick up scheduled every day. Anytime the NORMAL driver takes a day off our mail is not picked up at the same time if at all. We have been instructed to leave the mail out if the guy is late and they will pick it up. Once again I showed up this morning to 4 full mail bags that sat out over night and didn’t ship when required as they didn’t pick up or contact us to let us know they were not going to do what they have ptomised to do everyday.WE COULD DROP IT OFF IF WE WERE TOLD NO PICK UP BUT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHATS GOING ON.
