We had a great experience getting our passport here. Kewana was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable over the subject. This office was suggested to me via a coworker for passport application and we were not let down! This is the best experience I have ever had at a USPS. Thank you Kewana and your team!
I’ve mailed several items in my mailbox they must take weeks to sort and mail out, I can’t even mail bills because they never arrive, mailed something to gulf shores over two weeks ago and they still haven’t gotten it. Mailed a bill a few months ago to out of state took three weeks so I had to pay them twice. I guess I just won’t mail anything out of Daphne I’ll drop it off in another town.
I can’t keep editing my Google reviews for this, so I’m slapping two-stars on it and leaving it at that. It’s been a roller-coaster of positive & negative experiences for the last decade. I’ve had a few problems at the main P.O. location – a few problems with carriers. Overall it’s just disappointing & very inconsistent. Some of the USPS staff are great, some of them aren’t. I prefer to just go after hours and use the self-serve machine.
