Worst than the DMV. The staff is only capable of selling stamps. Terrible customer service too. This is where the tax payers money goes.

Dublin Village Pkwy Post Office is a great place to patron, and among all the friendly employees standing out Khalida(Kiki) who is so friendly ,so kind and always so patient to help each customer, Kiki is a great treasure to our local community and we all love her!

Unfriendly staff, I arrived at 4:30 because closing time is 5:00. Staff wouldn’t process my express mail package saying he needs to finish up and go home. It was 4:45 after i spent 15 min trying to fill out a ridiculously long form that requires me to count every page and assign value to each page.

Terrible service. Had to shop my eBay elsewhere. Probably ruined a child’s Christmas because they are understaffed and LIE.

Terrible. If you have to use this location definitely wait in line until you get a receipt! The boxes out front will lose your mail, the self service machine will lose your mail. Unless you they hand you a receipt there is little chance your mail will go out on time and be scanned by the employees.
