Gentleman helped me out quickly and efficiently. It turned out the USPS wouldnt be able to deliver the package overnight guaranteed so I had to go over to FedEx, but that did not detract at all from the fast and friendly service I did recieve at this post office.
Fedex did end up being twice as expensive, but that is the cost of speed when you have to have it. USPS could guarantee it in 1.5 days to Utah if I was not in such a hurry.Advertisements
Never had an issue with packages before yesterday/today. Ordered through Amazon, updates on there say “delivery attempted”. I was home, no one knocked on my door. Called the Post office this morning, to be told by possibly the rudest Post Master around that it was too dark and they couldn’t deliver. Well, at 7:23 PM it is dark. Asked him to have it redelivered because I work during the hours they are open. I have filed a complaint about the rudeness of the Post Master, but I feel it will fall on deaf ears. Being Post Master comes with customer service, you Brad do not have that.
Have had delivery issues since we moved to Enterprise a few months ago. Spoke to the PO about problems but have never been addressed. Surely had they been addressed it would have been cleared up. Delivered prior owners mail continuously even after notified again & again. Delivered mail with an active Hold mail request more days than not. No one seemed to be in charge. Very disappointed in their lack of service.And NEVER can you speak to them by phone which would be quicker and better to clear up issues.
